I bought a water pump with a 1 inch intake and discharge. Unable to find a way to join the one inch tapered (NPT) to my hose I came up with this. I printed it solid for strength. There is a section 1 cm long that really is a waste of plastic though this is a good place to drill tap and install a pressure gauge. If I were to reprint I would remove about 1 cm from the middle of the design. Please feel free to change it. I will modify the ones I printed with a lathe. Threads work perfectly. No supports. I was attaching to that wrinkled looking hose that is sold for sump pumps.
