Djin were once a proud race of powerful shapechanger Abyssals. In one of the wars in the Abyss the Djinns lost their land which was destroyed by the forces of a rival faction, and they were imprisoned in mundane objects like, bottles, swords, and other objects and cast away into the mortal world. Recently mankind has found out a way to momentarily release the Djinns from their curse using magic and the power of mana. Djinns find men curious and entertaining creatures, and, at first sight, they try to make humans´ wishes come true without moral judgment. Djinns are actually accumulating the mana used to awake them from the lamps in order to break the spell that bounds them to earth. Once the Djinns have accumulated enough mana, the world will be faced with a terrible army of Abyssals that will do anything to have revenge against their old foes in the Abyss.
