<p>Utilities 2 brackets to create a shelf from a cedar fence slat. The slat I used is from Home Depot linked below, if not available the dimensions are 5/8" x 5-½"x however long you want. I had to shave a little off the back side of my boards because they where warped. Reasonable spacing between brackets are 3-4 feet. </p><p> </p><p>I haven't tested the wait limit but, I would say this is a light duty shelf (video games plastic cases, knick knacks NOT full of text books) I would estimate 50 lbs span between 2 brackets on a 4 foot centers.</p><p>https://www.homedepot.com/p/202703421</p>
