Functional real-world build of a simple box to hold Fender Champ-like amplifier (similar to 5F1 - chassis included in CAD file) and 1960's 8" Jensen loudspeaker. Cut from 3/4 in. Purebond oak plywood on a CNC router table and stainless steel on CNC plasma table. Trimmed with oak and stainless steel. Assembly included Titebond Supreme glue, staples, #6x0.5 in. stainless steel screws, 0.25 in. button head cap screws, gorilla snot (3M adhesive), paint, and urethane finish. Grille cloth is Hobby Lobby fabric with metallic gold threads running in one direction that provides a 'vintage' effect similar to 60's and 70's AR (and others) speaker grilles. CAD file does NOT include clearances (except grille cloth support) that were latter added in CAM. Handle (not shown) will be added after center of gravity is known. Grille support/cloth presses in place and can be removed.
