Fender Stratocaster Body – vintage 1962

A Fender Stratocaster body, based on the 1962 vintage re-issue guitar model.Note that the bridge pick-up cavity includes the original “worm hole” rout to accommodate the wiring. A simpler alternative is to rout the bridge cavity deeper (as was done by Fender on later production models). Also, the screw spacing for the tremolo/bridge is 2 7/32” (2.22”) to accommodate the vintage tremolo and would need amending to accommodate bridges with alternative string/screw spacings.The native format for the 3D model was created in Fusion 360.Thanks to Greg Zaal for the use of his HDRI environment map in the render images.
