Fender-style guitar volume/tone knob

We needed tone and volume knobs for an old bass guitar that we'd been gifted. This was created from scratch by eyeballing a bunch of classic Fender guitar knobs and designing the model in Autodesk Inventor. Dimensions and angles were all guessed from the pictures but it looks pretty close. It's a good friction fit on the standard 6mm / 0.24" potentiometer shaft found on many guitars. I didn't model in any keyway and we found that it wasn't necessary. Adjust the scaling if you'd like a tighter or looser fit. Print Settings Printer: BQ Hephestos (Prusa I3 clone) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Whatever you like, 0.2 or smaller works well Infill: 100% recommended for best strength. It's a small part, just a few grams of filament. Notes: This takes less than 10 minutes to print. It's a nice fit on the guitar! The knurling came out much better than I expected. My photos don't do it justice. It can be scaled up or down if the initial fit isn't right.
