Fender Telecaster Pickup Switch Cover/Knob

This is a near clone of paulsb's design, redesigned to handle the slightly larger dimensions of the switch on my Telecaster. For reference, I've included a drawing showing the dimensions of my switch. Take note that it's a really tight fit ... almost to the point that I thought I was going to need to add some clearance in the model. I suggest holding the switch with a pair of pliers while you force the knob/cap on.
