<p>Beim Durchlüften durch die Wohnung können bei Wind schon mal die Fenster zufallen. Um dies zu verhindern, stecke ich diese Klemme zwischen Fensterflügel und -rahmen.</p><p>Die Zahl der stl's gibt die Länge der Klemme an.</p><p>Der Druck erfolgt in TPU, 0.2 Layerhöhe, 2-4 Wandlinien und 10-20% Infill; je nachdem welche Festigkeit man erzielen will. Größere, bzw. schwerere Fenster brauchen mehr Wandlinien und mehr Infill.</p><p>Ich füge auch die Fusion-Datei mit bei, damit man sich das Teil an eigene Gegebenheiten anpassen kann.</p><p>Die Prägungen sind unter Zuhilfenahme der Fusion-Erweiterung PARAMETRIC TEXT entstanden, was einem die Erstellung der stl's ziemlich erleichtert. Die Konstruktionsdatei enthält auch noch Prägungen an den Längsseiten, welche ich aber für die vorgestellten Dateien deaktiviert habe.</p><p>Viel Spaß mit der frischen Luft!</p><p>edit: Kleine Fehler in den Längen 107 - 109 mm korrigiert.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>English:</p><p>When airing through the apartment, the windows can sometimes slam shut in the wind. To prevent this, I put this clamp between the window sash and frame.</p><p>The number in the stl-filename indicates the length of the clamp.</p><p>Printing is done in TPU, 0.2 layer height, 2-4 wall lines and 10-20% infill; depending on what strength you want to achieve. Larger or heavier windows require more wall lines and more infill.</p><p>I also include the fusion file so you can customize the part to suit your needs.</p><p>The embossing was created with the help of the PARAMETRIC TEXT fusion extension, which makes it a lot easier to create the stl's.
