*DISCLAIMER: This is a Work In Progress Project, so STL or code and program can change, also it is a complex build for expert thinkerers Steering wheel for professional or home-built simulators for formula one cars and simracing in general Based on an SLI-Bodnar F1 and a USBD480 display, this steering wheel allows you to obtain a better simulation realism on advanced simulators, it is also equipped with a vast set of inputs such as potentiometers, switches and buttons in order to make the management of the vehicle complete during the simulation experience. The project is still a work in progress, over time I will upload all the files necessary for the assembly, the .STEP files for Fusion360, the schematics for the electronics and a BOM complete with screws and mechanical parts required. Currently it is printed in PETG, but it is preferable to print it at least in ASA to make it more resistant to shocks and mechanical stress UPDATE OF 31/08/2021 First test done, starting to get a decent software and already fixed some stls, I'll upload them over next days UPDATE OF 30/08/2021 I finally complete the first build, so now I can correct some tolerances on some STL like mainframe for using BBI-12 rotary switches. I also uploaded the DXF file for the clear plexiglass cover for the USBD480 display. I'm actually doing some universitary exams, so I have a little time to work on the project.
