LOA : approx 600mm Beam : approx 115mm Height : approx 135mm (excluding masts) I've got a small pond and I wanted a small boat to drive around it. I've always liked the type of river ferry you find around the South Coast of England, so made this up from scratch. The motor and ESC were off eBay from China: Surpass Hobby 2435 4800kV with a 25A ESC. The battery I used was a 1000MAh 2S 7.4v 30C - 40C Lipo Pack from Turnigy - this is more than enough for such a small boat! The rudder servo is a standard 9g micro-servo - there's an stl for the rudder tiller - I set up a push-pull linkage using 0.8mm wire. The rudder is an off-the-shelf, brass "micro" 33mm x 22mm part. The prop-shaft and prop are a combo from Hong Kong : 200mm x 3mm inner shaft / 30mm plastic prop. I cut the outer prop-shaft down to about 170mm - the inner I cut about 1cm off, but check it against your print! I joined the motor to the prop-shaft with a 2.3mm to 3.2mm solid coupler - joining the motor to the prop-shaft before gluing the motor-mount and the prop-shaft in place keeps it straight.
