Love to make home-made pasta, but my by-hand fettuccine cutting skills are lacking... especially after a Chianti or three. This simple cutter makes perfect 6mm ribbons out of previously rolled out pasta dough. Instructions Print. Snap together. Make pasta! Pasta Dough: 2 Cups flour 3 Eggs 1 Tablespoon of olive oil dash of salt Knead for 10 minutes (don't skimp!). Rest dough in plastic wrap for 1 hour. Roll out to desired thickness (1mm typical). Cut with cutter!
