Now New and Improved! I've updated this thing to now be angled slightly downwards, as well as making the opening a proper air nozzle to give the best flow. Additionally, I increased the contact between the fan output and the fan duct to make it a better seal and eliminate wasteful airflow. I additionally made changes to the design to allow it to be printed in vase mode! Just make sure you enable 5+ top solid layers for best results. I've been having trouble finding a fan duct I really like, I found a rear facing fan duct on here but it just didn't suit my purposes. There are 4 variations: A wide version for dual extrusion printing A version that only points toward the right nozzle A version that only points toward the left nozzle Requires a 12v 50mm x 15mm radial fan that may have been included with your printer (it was included with my Powerspec 3D Ultra) Simply snap the fan in place, and then snap it onto your extruder gantry. It will be a tight fit, but it will indeed fit onto gantry. Print Settings Printer: Powerspec 3D Ultra Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Any Infill: 25% Notes: I designed it so that there's minimal bridging, it should print well with on most printers.
