FFCP 32mm Spool Holder (No Supports)

There are other great spool holders available but I honestly spent more time looking for a specific size than I can be proud of. I decided to model my own and it should be the one that fits everyone's favorite brand with the 32mm wide and 56mm long opening. I won't beat around the bush, it's for Hatchbox. It should be at least. I modeled it for a spool of AMZ3D PLA I have on hand and according to reviews it's almost the exact same dimensions as Hatchbox. PLEASE ROTATE MODEL 90 DEGREES ON X-AXIS (should be flat on its side on bed) Planned Revisions:Wider hanger - The opening slot on the FFCP '16 is around 50mm and this thing is 30mm wide creating a 20mm gap. For the time being I'm going to close this off with tape, but I'd like a more elegant solution. Perhaps a spacer or adding the additional 20mm width on the hanger section of this model. Removing one filet - The lower filet on the inside of the upper lip designed to keep the spool from sliding off is perhaps too rounded, it eats a fraction of the dimensions meant for the spool length and may need to be shaved down by a few hairs. I'd like to revise this on the model itself but it's not totally necessary on its own so I'll wait until a revised remodel. Decrease economy - I learned something on this thing--being cheap on plastic doesn't mean lower print times. In fact, I may have increased the print time because of the additional perimeters created hollowing out the model. It's really a fine balance as time is a cost as well if you value your own. Designed to print without supports (my favorite) and in under 2.5 hours on my FFCP16 with standard speed settings on Slic3r for Sailfish. My print time included because I expect you're first time printers too and want an idea of how long you'll be investing in this print. Print Settings Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer: Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.27 Infill: 20 Notes: I suppose you can use less infill, your slicer should force 100% in small areas created by the hollowing of the model in key places for strength in combination of orientation of the model on the print bed. No issues or worries on strength at 20% infill.
