Really quickly bodged together pull handle for Fiat 500 seat release levers. It isn't an identical replacement, but it does fit the factory cable and lets you release the seat quick and easily again. Could probably use more refinement to be even "better" but I was going for Usable, not pretty. Requires the cable to still be functional. Slot down shaft is 1.5mm which requires you to push the cable into the slot using a screwdriver or similar, but means cable won't be flopping around inside the handle Printed with 100% infill PLA on an Ender 3 PRO with really thick layers (0.35mm). You will need to remove the bits of broken handle from the handle socket so that this can fit into the hole left when the seat is in the "locked" position. Pictures uploaded should help make that make sense.
