These files are for the 3D printed fiber cement mounting blocks I used in the installation of my mini-split heat pump, which can be found here: https://youtu.be/laZo5-WytL0 Additional file details: Fiber Cement Siding Mount for 2.5 in Lineset - This is the exterior file which is meant to be glued to a piece of 2.5" PVC or ABS. The holes are meant to mate with the mounting holes on many 4" lineset covers. The one I specifically modeled it for can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09WV76ZYH Fiber Cement Siding Mount Flange for 2.5 in Lineset - This is the interior flange used to clean up the interior hole drilled for your lineset. Both it and the exterior piece are offset by 10-degrees for proper drainage. Fiber Cement Siding Mount for Halex HNF60R - This is a smaller exterior fiber cement mounting block, meant to be used to mount your required AC disconnect switch. The holes are specifically meant to fit the Halex HNF60R, a very common box. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071143RTB Printing Notes: I used PETG with a 25% infill, then primed with Rust-Oleum Plastic Primer before top-coating with paint to match my house. One thing to note, is that PETG can be glued to ABS or PVC using Oatey All-Purpose cement. I don't think the same can be said for PLA https://www.amazon.com/Oatey-All-Purpose-Cement-Clear/dp/B00R0EEASW
