To get best results print with HD PLA Fiberlogy filament. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Z18 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Post-Printing If you used HD PLA Fiberlogy filament you can heat the printout to obtain a higher strength and temperature resistance up to 140⁰C. Short instruction below: The process can be executed very easily with the use of an oven in which a ready-made printout is placed in cool chamber on a flat surface (with support and raft) and heated gradually up to the temperature of 80⁰C. After 15 minutes, the print out must be taken out and cannot be touched until it cools down. Such an annealing process results in a change of properties of ready-made product which gains mechanical strength similar to ABS with simultaneous increase in temperature stability up to 140⁰C. Without the irritating smell and all the inconveniences accompanying ABS printouts, you may finally enjoy environmentally-friendly and durable printouts of fiberlogy HD PLA.
