The design is comprised of multiple pentagons layered on top of another. Each pentagon is angled 45° and is scaled to fit the inside of the larger pentagon underneath. The distance between each layer is also the ratio between the any pentagon to the largest pentagon (middle) one. This creates a smooth scaling effect "Distance between layers keep decreasing going up or down". Once lofted and mirrored along the y and z axis, you will see the fibonacci spiral infront of your eyes.
