Update 2029-07-21: added Post Print section. I've finally managed to update my Anycubic I3 Mega-S printer to the point where I can print this design at full size! The updates I made were installing TMC2208 Steppers, upgrading to Marlin 1.1.9 Firmware, and adding new part cooling. When it comes to print quality, one key parameter is setting "Outer walls before Inner walls". Update 29.04.2019: fixed the issues with comments in "*KeyChain2_*". This design is a remix of the KeyChain, making it harder to lose. No more worrying about draining your car keys' battery - you've got something else to play with! I printed the _BasicSupport at 120% scale so that I could print the name plate using a 0.6mm nozzle. The materials I used were ABS Innofil3D Silver, ABS Ultimaker Black, and Concentric Support from BuildPlate with a line distance of 1.4mm. The settings were: 25mm/s wall speed (slow), printing time was 2.5 hours, material size was 1.75m, and filament diameter was 2.85mm. I used two colors to test it out - now I'd love to see this design printed in rainbow filament! However, you would need more than four colors for a smooth color transition, as the design requires quite a bit of filament. If you like my design, please post your print and tip the designer!
