A « Precision FIDGET SPINNER » for double action use, completely made of metallic components.The first action:hold the fidget spinner in the middle of the hub between the thumb and one fingerof the hand and speed up the outer, internally toothed gearwheel.The first reaction:The three externally toothed gearwheels will turn in fixed positionson their own axis, in triple speed as the internally toothed gearwheel.The second action:hold the internally toothed, outer gearwheel fixed with the thumb and one fingerof the hand, on the outer circumference and speed up the carrier withthe three external toothed gearwheels.The second reaction:The carrier of the planetary gears and the ball bearings will turntogether on the own axis of the hub and additional the three externaltoothed gearwheels will rotate - each - on their own axis in triplespeed as the carrier of the planetary gears.Special Note:A gear drive with an involute toothing has no isogonic rotations.However, I made two animations - done in »KeyShot 4.6« -to show both possibilities of applications.General Notes:Ball Bearing Dimensions:Diameters: 22 mm / 8 mmHeight: 7 mmInternally toothed gearwheel:Modulus = 1.25 mmNumber of teeth = 72Pitch circle diameter = 90 mmOuter diameter = 98.5 mm (may be too large for hands of childrens)Externally toothed gearwheels:Number of teeth = 24Pitch circle diameter = 30 mmCentre distance (theoretical) = 30.0 mmCeter distance (practical) = 29.8 mmGear ratio (internally toothed gearwheel driven) = 1 : 3The model is available in the following data formats:STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly.Native files (.prt) and (.asm), together in a (.zip)-folder,for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
