This cooler blows air from a 40x40 mm PC fan down (24V in my case) below the nozzle. It improves the printing of overhang designs. Fits to Flashforge Creator and I guess to other old printers with wood frame (Makerbot Replikator, Wanhao...) Fan is screwed to the filament cooler with M3 nuts. The side part is just an anti warp device and can be broken away after printing. The bottom is the largest flat surface, this must be put on the print bed.
