Filament feeder for Wanhao Duplicator i3, Cocoon Create, and Maker Select

A filament feeder for the Di3 series of printers that have already been modified with my Z Extensions. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1444979 Uses: 3 x M3 Nyloc Nut 1 x M3 x hex socket headed cap screw, 10mm long 2 x M3 x 6mm screws (head doesn't matter) washers to fit. PTFE/Teflon tubing with 2mm I.D. and 3-4mm OD Print the parts with support, although you might not really need it. 3 walls, 50% infill, your favourite plastic. Clear up any support material and zits. Pre-drill holes to fit screws and PTFE tubing. Press fit one lock nut into the base of the ball, you might need some glue depending on your print/material. Press the longer M3 screw through the base, from the rear. It should rotate freely, clearance with drill bits to suit. Screw the ball onto the shaft of the long screw, until it just clears the top of the base. The whole assembly should rotate relatively freely. It doesn't have to spin like a top, just not be really stiff. Fasten the assembly to either side of your Di3, using the remaining 2 M3 screws, nuts, and washers. Thread the PTFE tubing through the hole of the ball and cut it to length. You should have enough to allow full movement of the print head, Up-Down-Left-Right, and enough of a tail so that it goes close to your filament spool. Glue the PTFE in place, or use a rubber band as shown in the pictures. (Or, aim for a snug fit when you drill the hole through the ball... maybe file or ream it to size.)
