Filament Guide for Da Vinci printers

This little guy helps guide the filament from the drive gears into the threaded throat on the Hot end. Without this little guy soft filaments can bend and escape out the small gap. Please read the Instructions for more information. Instructions Print this guy upside down with some Brim so it will balance properly. Then use a dremel to smooth it out and make it a perfect fit. I was able to use this to print some rubber like filaments like Soft PLA and Ninja flex for a few seconds or minutes. But the Da Vinci hot end has too much of a heat creep issue. The heat builds up higher and higher in the throat until the filament jams. Poor design. Only way I know to fix it to replace the Hot ends with the E3 v6. I am working on that soon for the Da Vinci 2.0.
