Filament Guide Kit - Enclosure Top

Yet another filament guide! This is the setup I'm using on my Ender 3 Pro on a Lack enclosure and it's been working great so far. The slider parts are, well, overkill. Two simple posts to limit the left to right movement of the filament would work too, but that's no fun. The silders are meant to let the filament flow where it wants while still restricting it from slipping out of the wheel/pulley and avoid friction. Sliding up and down accomodates different height spools and also the difference in height of a full spool vs a spool ending. The left to right pivot is the hard limit so it doesn't slip out of the pulley but it still gives freedom to the filament while it unspools. I provided an adjustable base (with two M4 bolts) to control the pivot angle if you wish, otherwise you can use the simple base that is locked to the angle I found best for the wheel (granted you center both parts). I printed the wheel in TPU because it helps to grip the filament and make use of the 608 bearings. You can print it in hard plastic but it might slip on the wheel without turning it. You can get around that by putting a rubber band on the wheel center or some sort of material to help the filament grip. If you find a good solution, don't hesitate to post it in the comments to help others. If you print it in TPU, you might also want to print the "spacer" in hard plastic to put in between the bearings to avoid that the wheel caves in. The funnel I provided is meant to be used with a 5x6mm silicone tube but use the solution you like the most for your enclosure. I use this spool holder/roller: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2221639 (Thank you Chrlee) And this guide on the printer: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3061551 (Thank you Robathome) You'll need: - 2 x 608 bearings - 2(4) x M4x10 bolts - 4 x 3mm wood screws - Glue (optional)
