<p>I noticed my expensive filament getting chewed up going through the stock extruder after I relocated it to the top rail and mounted the Filler spool mount to the wall. The angle when spool was low was fine but full rolls chaffed BAD. Five iterations later… Here's the “Filament Guide Post”. It allows you to place some PTFE tube into it and it will align perfectly with the extruder entrance at the critical last few mm.</p><p> </p><p>Recommended Settings:</p><p>0.4 nozzle</p><p>0.2 layer height</p><p>100% infill</p><p>Should take less than 24 minutes per model</p><p>You can glue the PTFE in the hole if necessary but it should be fine without adherence.</p>
