Filament guide with run-out sensor for Ender 3 (pro)

Modular design. The sensor part and the guide slot together. Uses the smallest micro switch around (6.5mm between the holes). The guide was copied more-or-less verbatim from the design by @Holspeed because it simply works and I love the easy with with it slides over the bracket on my Ender 3 Pro. The filament sensor is a mix of several design I found on here. Most notably thanks to @eusshr for pointing out that you have to bend the tip of the lever slightly inwards to allow the filament to move in both directions. My own clever addition: There is room for 2 tiny bits of ptfe tubing (4-5mm) that will center and guide the filament more smoothly than any printed surface could ever do.
