Printed on A30 and Wanhao i3 mini at 25% infill. The wheel runs smoothly on two MR148ZZ bearings. The sensor is securely mounted using an M3 screw with a reliable nut. The guide is fixed in place using the stock ball button. ===Update: Version 2=== My filament got stuck on the spool after just a few hours of printing. Luckily, the guide cracked instead of the more critical filament sensor. Filament sometimes slipped off the wheel, so I adjusted its size and ensured it can't drift away. The sensor cable can be attached firmly using a zippy. I tightened the bolt for easier printing. ===Update after 24 Hours of Printing=== It's been stable and functional for 24 hours. To make it even more reliable, I recommend securing the ball button with Loctite.
