This raises the filament reel so it can clear the belt and pulley used with the dual Z kit. There are many of these dual Z kits for sale on Amazon and eBay and other sites. Most probably are similar to the design of the one I used. I noticed after it was installed the filament spool rubbed the belt. For mine I needed 18mm to clear with a few mm to spare. You can adjust the Z height in Cura to raise or lower the block to your own preference. The original bolts from the upper beam can be used to attach the holder and spacer to the upper beam.
