This is a reel for creating your own nylon filament spool. You can use any type of filament you prefer! I recently purchased some nylon filament, but unfortunately, it didn't come with a convenient spool to work with. So, I decided to create my own custom spool. To assemble this spool, you'll need the filament holder available for free download on octave.com. If you're looking for more options, you can also find other filament holders on that website. However, it seems that nylon filament is now being shipped on spools by taulman3d.com. I'm using my Afinia 3D printer to create this custom spool, and I'm excited to share the process with you!
