Filament Runout for EZRStruder

Wanted to add a filament runout sensor for some time and finally got to it. Linked up to OctoPrint, this can be very powerful in keeping your prints from being half done. Got the .sldprt file off of SeeMeCNC's Github and added the section above to mount the simple limit switch. It is the first prototype and I may need to improve/change it.
