I like KaminoKGY's design, but the lower bolt slot turned out to be a weak spot that kept snapping on my setup, so I used Tinkercad to fuse a 2mm-wide bar across the mouth for reinforcement. It doesn't interfere with the Z lead screw, and there are now no dangling bits to break off. Adding wide washers between the mount and the bolt heads (see photo) should help spread the bolts' pressure and improve grip, even for the original design.
