This is a preliminary design of a self-adjusting hub for filament spool diameter from 40mm to 70mm... The gear module 1 is clearly to small for my currently used nozzle diameter(0.5mm). The hub inner diameter is 8mm. Print Settings Printer: Pusa i2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: nozzle DIA less than 0.4mm Infill: 40% Notes: perimeters - 3 layer height - 0.25mm
