Filament Spool Holder for Ender 3 Pro

This replaces the default spool holder tube/shaft that came with the Creality Ender 3 Pro™︎ I purchased a few months ago, specifically for use with a Hatchbox® PLA 1.75mm Filament spool. There are three parts to print; the Spool Shaft, Hex Nut and the Locking Ring. Print settings: - Filament Hatchbox® PLA 1.75mm Black - Nozzle size 0.4mm - Layer height 0.15mm - Bottom layers 6 - Top layers 6 - Outside perimeters 2 - Nozzle temp 185 ℃︎ - Bed temp 65 ℃︎ - Infill 20% - Print speed 60mm - Brim lines 6 - Brim distance from part 0.15mm. Post print: - Prime the plastic threads by making it easier to screw on and off by gently screwing the Hex Nut and Locking Ring onto the respective Spool Shaft ends, slowly turning back and forth until each end of the shaft is reached and the turns are "smooth". Then unscrew. Assembly: - Remove the original spool holder and insert the small end of the printed Spool Shaft thru one side of the 30mm hole. Screw the Hex Nut on the opposite side of the 30mm hole to the Spool Shaft until it is just slightly snug. If the Hex Nut is tightened too much it may be very difficult to unscrew later without damaging the parts. Usage: - Slip the Hatchbox® spool onto the Spool Shaft as far as it will go. - Screw the Locking Ring onto the Spool Shaft to within approximately 4mm from the edge of the Hatchbox® spool. Do not tighten the Locking Ring so that it abuts the Hatchbox® spool. The Hatchbox® spool needs to spin freely around the Spool Shaft with minimal resistance.
