What you need: 2x Bearing (inner diameter 12mm, outer diameter 28mm, 8-10mm thick) 4x M3 screw (15mm-30mm) 1x Stand (best to print in two parts to avoid bridging) 2x Achse 2x Kopplung (TPU) 2x Rolle 1x Tool (optional) Designed a filament spool holder because friction was pretty high on the standard one which came with my printer. It is designed to be printed without supports, you may need to orientate the parts in your slicer. The tolerances are about 0.1mm. Material: PLA/ PETG/ ABS, but make sure the "Kopplung" is from TPU. I have not tried different materials for it yet. Tool is optional to help press fit the parts together. Pay attention to assemble everything evenly so that the rolls run smooth. Instructions: When all parts are printed, first of all place the Kopplung centered (+/-1mm) on the middle of the axis. Then press fit the bearing on it. After that, press fit the axis with the bearing into the roll, orientation does matter! Then just screw both ends of the axis in the Stand and that's it.
