I changed the top corner so that two 624 bearing can be used, to minimize friction. Update: I've used this now for several prints and it isn't as useful as i thought. Without friction the spool swings to much which can cause the filament to become tangled. I don't recommend using this modification anymore. Instructions 1.) Follow instruction from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12312 2.) Instead of the two top_corner.stl print two top_corner_with_bearing.stl Suggested dowel length: Base: 2x 25 cm + 2x 33 cm Middle: 4x 33cm Forks: 4x 25 cm Middle axis: 1x 16 cm + drill a 2,5 mm hole in each end, attach 624 bearing with washers and 3,5x25 mm wood screw. (See photo) The weight of the filament spool should keep the bearing in place, if not two small cable ties can be used.
