Filament Storage - Quick Change

This is a combination of two ideas: Filament Storage Solution (wstein)Filament Quick Change Roller (Tony_D) I liked wstein's Ikea box storage solution but the roller wheel system makes it much easier to change one of the spools. Still not perfect: the rolls tend to "derail" sometimes, especially when the box is not filled completely. I have ordered some 608ZZ ball-bearings online and plan to use 4 of these and two pieces of PVC tube, instead of the small roller wheels. That way, all the spools will roll together, but probably smoother. If it works, I'll post an update! Instructions BOM: 1 Ikea Samla 22l box with lid 2 metal rods, diameter 8 mm, length 299 mm 2 3D-printed support parts 16 3D-printed roller wheels (4 wheels per filament spool) Parts can be printed in PLA or ABS, no support needed. No drilling required. Just need a metal saw for the rods (I used a solid iron rod, 2m long, was 6 euros and enough for 3 boxes).
