Filament Storage Rack Idea

I needed a place to store my growing filament selection, so I came up with this. Seems to work great and keeps them well organized and easy to select the color I want. Supplies needed: some 1"X8" board and 1" dowel rods... 4 for each 4ft section Cut the 1"X8" to 20" lengths and drill holes 3/4 through in locations specified on print. Mount one end to the wall using some "L" brackets. Place the dowels into the holes on the mounted side. Slip the dowels into the other end and secure that side to the wall keeping the dowels pressed into the holes. This is capable of holding spools up to about 8 1/2" in diameter. If you want 8' long as I have in the picture you will need 3 pieces of board cut as shown.
