This is a customizable filament straightener for when you have tightly wound filament spools. This should help to straighten out highly bent 3D printer filament spools. This part can be customized to suit different bearings and fasteners that you may have available. Make sure to accurately measure the bearings and fasteners that you intend to use. Bill of Materials 3x 5/16-18 1.5" Screws (~7.9mm) 3x 5/16-18 Nuts 3x 608 bearings (OD22mmxID8mmxT7mm) 3x5/16" washers (currently not show but I suggest that washers are added) Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: MakerFarm i3V 10 Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25mm or less Infill: 20-25% Notes: You will need to print with supports. Otherwise the screw heads may not sit flush with the bottom of the filament guide body.
