Filament Swivel for Clearview Infinity Enclosure and Prusa MK3S Printer

<p>I designed this swivel to fit the opening in a Clearview Infinity Enclosure:</p><p><a href="https://clearviewplastic.com/collections/3d-printer-enclosures">https://clearviewplastic.com/collections/3d-printer-enclosures</a></p><p>I rounded the entrance to provide a smoother entry for the filament. &nbsp;The guide is on a swivel that is attached to the entrance insert. &nbsp;It uses a standard skateboard bearing (8mm x 22mm) similar to:</p><p><a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09JKF83V8?psc=1&amp;ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details">https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09JKF83V8?psc=1&amp;ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details</a></p><p>The guide is angled to miss the top rail of the Prusa MK3S+ Printer and keep the filament from hanging up, while maintaining a smooth directional feed.</p><p>I printed this in PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2m &nbsp;layer height, and 50% infil. &nbsp;I used minimal supports, but you could probably get away with none.</p><p>This could probably be adapted to fit other enclosures, spool holders, etc, so feel free to use the idea or modify it as you please.</p><p>This took about half an hour to design in F360, so it is by no means a refined design. &nbsp;If I see sufficient interest, I will update this to work in other cases. &nbsp;If you have any questions regarding the design, feel free to leave a comment</p><p>Happy printing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
