Filament System (1kg Spool Guide & Cover)

This is my ultimate Kossel Mini spool guide and protection system. The design is not hermetically sealed but it protects your filament against dust, moisture and sunlight. It is able to carry 1kg spools. I split it into 8pcs to reduce required printing radius and height to 130mm. It includes a part to see spool moving and how much filament is left (spool_window_corner.stl). A flat transparent plastic windows close the gap. Another part (spool_motor_corner.stl) is used to mount the system close to the bowden extruder. The assembly can be fixed with M3 screws and nuts or glued together. I recommend to seal it with acrylic silicone. The (spool_bearing.stl) uses M5 screws to fix the bearing. (Update 23.07.2017) To enhance the bottom part i have designed a new part (spool_filament.stl) to have smooth intersection to the extruder. I also improve the (fila_cover.stl) to close gaps and to fit with the new bottom part. (Update 30.07.2017) (spool_support_closedv1.stl, spool_support_closedv2.stl) close open gaps in the overall "ring" assembly. All remaining (spool_support.stl) parts (developed for temporary use) will be replaced. (Update 02.08.2017) See updated pictures and also (floor_.stl). This is designed to close the bottom. (Update 04.08.2017) This Thing is NOT ANYMORE Work-In-Progress It works!!! :) (Update 27.08.2018) The fixing nuts (8pcs) are properly hold in position for screwing. When they are loose there is a little risk that they fall down into the assembly or on the PCB. I recommend to seal them with acrylic silicone as you never need to change them again. Then its a lot more comfortable to remove the cover from time to time. Enjoy and share your MAKE´s Possible Trap: The main part (spool_filament_corner.stl) is designed as 43° version (instead of ideal 45°) to compensate first layers "extension" of all 7 others.
