Filament Tag With Naming

Filament Tag With Naming

prusaprinters

Hello all and welcome to both my first post and first remix. This is a simple remix of the simple but effective filament tags by Rojaljelly (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3692514). Please read the original post for the basic purpose and for the tag holder they designed. While the original is simple and effective, I prefer to know what I am looking at exactly. So I re-modeled the original in Solidworks and added configurable naming using a design table. The naming convention is simply: BRAND - MATERIAL (eg. PLA) - COLORThe tag also shows the thickness of each section.I have attached the original SW file as well as a STP, IGS, and STL.For reference on the text font used: Arial Rounded MT, bold, 10 point. Please feel free to customize the naming to whatever filaments you have. For the tag holder, do not worry, I know it is warped quite badly. It does the job none the less.Print SettingsPrinter: Ender 3 ProRafts: Doesn't MatterSupports: NoResolution: 0.16Infill: 100Filament brand: AnyFilament color: AnyFilament material: AnyNotes: Any resolution over 0.16 will merge distinct layers. I tested this with a 0.24 resolution and there was only 4 distinct thickness layers instead of the required 6.
