Filastruder :: Economical Filament

My lab adopted a filastruder* and I was tasked with building a frame for it. We have an awesome space** that's constantly being toured by everything from investors to school children. We needed an enclosure that looked 'legit', but that also expressed the interworking of the machine. Additionally, we needed the machine to work autonomously. Taking these conditions into consideration, we built a stable frame that expressed the mechanical operation. We used 20mm 8020 for the frame, .5"(thick) by 4"(width) by ~6"(length) for the plates, and a sheet of 1.5 mm aluminum for the brackets. *The filastruder is a machine that makes filament from ABS/PLA pellets. It reduces the cost of the filament to 10% of the regular price. It was 400% successful on kickstarter, raising ~$200k in total. Our lab adopted one to make filament more economically. I'd love to know if there's any interest in a spooling system for the filastruder. I'm considering building one that work for both the official enclosure and my current model.
