When designing something to fit the profile of a real world thing, I find it difficult to eyeball the fillet radius needed to match the original part. I knocked up this handy little tool to measure internal and external fillets between 2 and 5mm. At the moment I've had no call to do anything outside those dimensions, but when I do I'll add them here. Print Settings Printer Brand: Up!
