FilletMorph2
thingiverse
This part combines the techniques for filleting and surface morphing I used for several other "filletedge" postings here. This design was a bit tricky to finalize because I wanted to print it with no supports. Consequently I had to carefully adjust the shape of the bowl and the size and height of the extruded squares so the bottom surfaces of the bottom few rows of squares would have enough incline to print successfully. This part does print with no supports; using a layer height of 0.200 mm and a print speed of 100mm/sec it completed in 26 3/4 hours.
