Filter for Karcher vacuum cleaner (ex: WD 6)

This is a kit to replace the paper filter of a vacuum cleaner Karcher. When I use it for outside (garden for leaves or oak seeds), the classical Karcher filter is quickly clogged. It is then difficult to clean, and expensive to replace (about 13.50€ for model MV4/5/6 for Kärcher 2.863-005.0). Outside I do not need a very strong filtering effect, so this one I modelled and printed is quite usefull. It does not clog easilly, it can be cleaned with water or just a soft brush. It is made in 2 parts, a frame and the filter itself. The filter part is printed without bottom not top layer and with gyroid filling. This makes this interesting constitution. You can control the size of the holes by playing on the filling percentage. I used here 20%. You have to force a little to insert it, but this works perfectly on mine, and this way it holds very well. You can put first the frame, and then the filter inside. Or you can also put the filter inside the frame and insert all this together. I prefer the first option but both work. On my first tests the sealing of the frame onto the flat side of the vaccum is quite good. On the real Karcher filter there is a rubber sealing side making the sealing perfect. On my version there is not. I planed to put some thick adesif tape to play this role. I'll test it ... I also imagined to make an oblic filter to save material and increase the contact surface, but I this case I do not know how to prevent from having a top layer.
