Fin Jig V1
prusaprinters
This is the first fin jig I created for a model rocket. It does its job well, but just be careful because it can stick to the rocket if you're not careful with the glue, from my experience. It's optimized for 66mm rocket with 3 roughly 0.125 inch thick fins of bass or balsa, but feel free to suffer in my FreeCAD file trying to change it.I have attempted to make a better one here: https://www.printables.com/model/425739-fin-jig-v2. I print 150mm/s and 200C (220 20 mm/s on the first 2 layers) on my Ender 3 Pro, but honestly, just do whatever settings you have your printer dialed to. I'd recommend rafts. Make sure that the part is in the right direction in the slicer.
