Cheese on a board should never be picked at with fingers. (even if you claim you never did). To prevent reoccurences I have designed a finger attachment so that you can dig away to your hearts content, safe in the knowledge that grubby nails are not contaminating anything. Instructions print, put fingers through holes and dig away.
