FingerTech Robotics Viper Baseplate R7.1 Plastic

FingerTech Robotics Viper Baseplate R7.1 Plastic

thingiverse

Did your aluminum Viper baseplate get wrecked in the last tournament? Print your own replacement! FingerTech Robotics has designed this plastic version to be strong enough to enter into combat, and has flat sides for adding extra armor if you want to really beef up its defense. There are slots for inserting ten 6-32 nuts, which will accept the kit's screws and fasten the front and top armor. One new feature we are excited about is the drive motor cartridge. Each motor slides into its cartridge then snaps into the baseplate. For workshops and light combat, you don't even need to use the tiny 2-56 screws that normally face-mount the motors, reducing difficulty and speeding up assembly! The license allows you to print your own, but not sell this version or remixes of it.
