Hello everyone! We made this fingertips mold in order to create this part in a faster way with silicone rubber. It works perfect with the fingers of the UnLimbited arm. We created two sizes for an adult person and for children of 10 years. We also add here the fusion 360 files if you want to make modifications. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerGear Printer: MakerGear M2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 15 Post-Printing Steps to use it First of all, the mold has three pieces, the two sides of the block and the finger. The finger is the last piece to put. Add a fine layer of spray silicone as unmolding tool over the two blocks and finger. Join the blocks with tape just for precaution. Prepare the mix of silicone rubber, for the quatity we calculated like the half of the blocks. Revolve very well the mix to avoid bubbles. Drop the silicone into the mold, rember fill just to the half. The final step is to put the last piece: the finger. When put it the silicone is going up to the top, and fix it with the joints to the corners. Let it dry and remove it carefully in order to not damage the mold. Custom Section
