I purchased a new 36" Finnex Planted+ as well as the 30" version. I only have about an inch or two above my tanks due to them being framed out and mounted behind my wall. I was planning on ditching the clear plastic leg brackets that come with the lights and just lying flat on my tank. HOWEVER, Finnex didn't make the lights a full 36" or 30", they are short by about a half inch. I was screwed....until I realized I have a 3d printer and Tinkercad. These legs are modeled after the stock clear plastic legs and fit just like they do, however, they raise the fixture up significantly less than the stock ones. Did you stock brackets break? Well now you have an adequate replacement. Prints with minimal supports and gets the job done.
