This is an add-on for the FireFly Nano QuadCopter 8.5mm Motors http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1132741 This can be printed in Ninja Flex to accommodate a 6mm motor on the 8.5mm frame to provide motor protection, shock protection, and a safer landing system for your mini quad copter. This has been tested with salvage parts from a Blade Nano QX (4in1, motors, props, batteries). There are 3 designs. Two are for the 6mm motors, one low profile (not recommended unless you don't plan on crashing EVER) and the higher profile motor mounts that are very secure and protect the motors. One is for the 8.5mm motor that the frame was intended to hold. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Silver Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 Infill: 20% Notes: This can be printed at the regular 230C and with no support if you are using Ninjaflex Semi-flex with the fan on 100%. The gap is small enough for the dome to be bridge printed with no supports needed.
